Western Knockmealdowns 27/04/2025

Today’s walk was the western Knockmealdowns, taking three summits over the 10km 4 hour walk. A most enjoyable day out which started at the Bay Lough Car Park and ascended into the cloud. Cloud soon lifted as we approached our second summit of Knocknashullion, where we stopped for snacks. Off to our final summit of Knocknalougha and descent to the awaiting cars at the car park.
